Customer and business relationships

Will explain that agreements for work are made directly between customers and businesses.

Marketplace role

Will describe CrewCove as a platform that connects customers and businesses, and that it does not perform the work or guarantee outcomes, awards or contracts.

Payments and fees

Will describe payments made through CrewCove, the CrewCove Service Fee, refunds and payment processing by third-party providers.

Subscriptions

Will cover business plans, billing cycles, upgrades, downgrades and cancellation.

Reviews and content

Will cover reviews, photos and other content users post, and how it may be displayed or removed.

Prohibited conduct

Will list conduct that is not allowed, such as fraud, fake reviews, harassment and misuse of the platform.

Disputes

Will explain how disputes between users, and between users and CrewCove, are handled.

Account termination

Will explain when accounts may be suspended or closed, and how users can close their own accounts.

Will set out limits of liability and disclaimers.
